REFUNDS
It is our policy that all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on purchased items once a sale is finalized.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your purchased item is delivered with defects we will gladly exchange that item for the same item or process a refund. You will need to contact our customer service team and explain the issue. Once we receive your complaint we will issue you a shipping label for you to return the damaged item. Once we receive the item we will replace it or process a refund for your order.
SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to process and ship. If you have not received your order after 4 weeks then contact our customer service team and we will refund you SHIPPING costs
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
In the event that you receive a different item than what you purchased, we will gladly exchange the wrong item for the correct item. Let us know your order number, the full name you used to purchase the product, as well as the product that you did and didn't receive, and we will send you the correct order and a shipping label to send the wrong one back to us.
Why does it say Pre-Order?
We offer the Pre-Order option so we can ship items out to you the moment we get them in stock with absolutely no work on your end.
Do you offer discounts on orders?
We do run different campaigns from time to time, offering discounts on our products. The best way to stay informed and take advantage of any sales is to sign up for our newsletter
Why did I have to pay customs even though I paid for International Shipping?
Unfortunately, the customs charge has to do solely with the country, so it varies from country to country.
Sadly, according to USPS, it is not something that we have the power to change
How long does International Shipping take?
Depending on where you are, it typically takes between 7 and 20 days. Once the package leaves the US, we don't have good visibility on it, as not all countries update with tracking information. You can check your tracking link for updates on the USPS website to stay as up to date as possible on your package as it is scanned along the way. Please note that some countries? couriers do not update on the USPS website.
I just placed an order but I made a mistake on my shipping address! What do I do?
No problem. If your order has not already shipped, we will be more than happy to change that for you.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTED?
I most certainly. understand your concerns about providing your sensitive information to a site vou are not familiar with. Shopify is cart protected and the payment pages are https which is secure. The payment processors we use are great at what they do-protect your privacy and information. That's why we use them! You've never heard of Paypal or any others we use getting hacked- its always the stores who program their own carts!
